Irwin a former Electrical Engineer, has had extensive experience in the construction industry. His background gives him a thorough knowledge of new construction and renovations.

After relocating to Florida, the expanding market generated such volume that both she and Irwin joined together and the multi-million dollar team was built. Between 2001 to 2018, the Bensons have had approx. 500 real estate transactions.
